A Shared Community Experience
Shiloh Recreation Inc. is a recreational facility for the owners of the Trotters Ridge and Bridlegate neighborhoods. ShiRec is the more common name. In 2007, the Trotters Ridge and Bridlegate communities formed a corporation to take over the operation of the clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts.
Community-Led Management
There are three elected members on the Board of Directors from each of the two neighborhoods. ShiRec owners, who are current on the dues, enjoy three major benefits.
Recreation & Member Benefits
The clubhouse is a center for community meetings and is available for rentals for parties and events. Members enjoy a reduced rental rate. The swimming pool is an Olympic-sized pool that is open five days a week during the summer. Swim at your own risk.
